More Australian wildlife can be seen at the admired Caversham Wildlife Park in the Swan Valley. Species include cassowaries, Tasmanian devils and wombats.
A visit to Perth is not really complete until you take a day out to travel 20kms down to Fremantle. It is an exciting port city with a multinational atmosphere and strong Italian authority. Fremantle is home to the fantastic Maritime Museum. It is for those who love to see nature at its best, Rottnest Island is a must. It’s located just 19kms from the coast of Fremantle and is Western Australia’s own island exit.
